This EPA-certified product will destroy COVID-19 as well as other unwanted pathogens including hantavirus, E. Coli, hepatitis B and C, staph, strep, and others.

What Is APS Doing About COVID-19?

At American Pest Solutions (APS), we are taking the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation very seriously. The health and well-being of our clients and employees is paramount. Our main concern is to limit the exposure and spread of COVID-19 to those who might not be equipped to battle it.

Pest management for most of our clients is an essential service. Most of our services can be completed with little to no human contact. We will continue to provide pest management services to our commercial and residential clients as scheduled while also doing everything in our power to address the current COVID-19 issue.

• We are staying up to date on CDC guidelines and individual state mandates.
• We are requiring our employees to frequently wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or use sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
• Our service professionals will wear nitrile gloves during ALL services and change gloves between appointments.
• We are encouraging all our employees to avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

APS employees will also clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes phones, steering wheels, car door handles, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, desks, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.

We are asking that employees and clients refrain from shaking hands or come in close personal contact (recommended 6ft) with our clients.

To limit contact exposure, we will not require clients to sign anything on the handheld device at the time of service. Our service professionals will record the first and last name of the customer contact and also document COVID-19 on the customer signature line.
We require all employees to stay home and self-quarantine if they, or any member of their household, are feeling sick. Employees with a fever of 99.9+ degrees are asked to remain home and call their healthcare provider. APS offers health care benefits to all our full-time employees.
